Toronto, ON – September 29, 2025 – Genesis Land Surveying Inc., based in Toronto, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Fiddes & Clipsham Inc., a highly regarded land surveying and geomatics firm with a distinguished history of service in Ontario.
Founded in 1954 by W.H. Carr, Ontario Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, Fiddes & Clipsham Inc. has proudly served communities across Halton Hills, Caledon, Erin, Milton, Brampton, and surrounding areas for over 70 years. The firm has provided professional expertise in land surveying, construction, and land development.
Since 2014, Fiddes & Clipsham Inc. has been owned and operated by Zachary Fiddes, Ontario Land Surveyor, who has carried forward the company’s tradition of accuracy, reliability, and service excellence. The firm also preserves the historical records of several legacy surveying practices, including:
